    For so many of us, our first port-of-call come stressful situation or joyful celebration is food. We seem hard-wired to use food as the ultimate congratulation and commiseration, and because of this there is always a reason to indulge your cravings, whether home alone or out at a social occasion.



    Cravings reveal physical or emotional deficiency and imbalance, often our bodies crave that which will bring them back into balance. Below we explore the emotions linked to each nutritional deficiency, and foods where we can find them..


    SWEETS
